I did not need the option of signing up for an online technician as I am a PC tech myself, and I will surely recommend this software to all my customers. It was a refreshing change from most companies. During our wait for other departments to respond we had genuine and friendly chat. He was very understanding and dealt with my issue with complete satisfaction. He was more than helpful, professional, efficient and very polite. He understood the issue completely and dealt with it efficiently. All I needed to do was pay the difference and then I got the two extra license keys. I got onto the online chat and spoke to a real human being - Joseph V. I only purchased the single license option, but it was so good I immediately realized I should have got the 3 license option. It has an aesthetically pleasing interface. It takes all the legwork out of optimizing the PC, cleaning the registry, speeding up the PC, clearing unwanted and orphan files. I have never used a software quite like it.
